Healthy Chocolate Pudding

I was recommending avocado’s the other day to a friend of mine as a great way to put weight on (yes, some people do have that problem!) and suggested this avocado and cacao pudding. Thinking that everyone by now has heard of blending an avocado and cocoa powder, I was surprised to hear him exclaim, what???

So, here you go.

It’s an oldie but goody; a fast dessert, snack, or even breakfast if you’re craving a healthy, chocolate snack.

Ingredients

1 Avocado
1/4 cup raw cocao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup to taste
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla
Dash of Celtic Sea Salt

optional::1 tablespoon Maca for some super power:)

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy
