Superfood Vanilla “Milkshake”

This yummy non-milk Vanilla Milkshake tastes pretty amazing but is also a delicious way to get gorgeous skin.

Chia seeds are anti-inflammatory, and high in Omega 3 fatty acids, a wonder-seed designed to give your skin a sweet glow. Flax seeds are anti-inflammatory as well, and maca root powder gives you an energy boost to help you go the distance.

By replacing dairy with almond milk, you further cool the inflammation that a normal, unhealthy shake would bring.

Did I mention that this is delicious?


1 cup almond milk

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon maca powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoon raw cashew nuts

2 pitted Medjool dates

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon organic vanilla

shake of nutmeg

3 drops vanilla creme liquid stevia

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.

*if you do not have a high speed blender, use hemp seed or hemp protein powder, as cashews may not puree
